Revised Fire Safety Certificates

 

Revised Fire Safety Certificates are required in respect of works where-

(i) An application for a Fire Safety Certificate is made before grant of planning permission, if required by the subsequent permission, or

(ii) Where significant revision is made to the design or works of a building for which a Fire Safety Certificate has already been granted.

 

ACCA Engineering Consultants comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the Building Regulations gained from over 15 years Architectural and Engineering experience enables us to identify design issues which may otherwise result in the requirement to submit a Revised Fire Safety Certificate application.

 

We have found where ACCA Engineering Consultants have been appointed as the Fire Safety Consultant on projects and also have responsibility for the Disability Access Certificate application, the need for Revised Fire Safety Certificate applications can be significantly reduced or eliminated. However where a Revised Fire Safety Certificate is required for whatever reason then ACCA Engineering Consultants have the experience and competency to obtain the Revised Fire Safety Certificate without undue delay to the project.
