Successful Fire Safety Certificate applications require a comprehensive submission to be made to the Building Control Authority. This submission

is required to demonstrate that the application building is in compliance with Part B of the Building Regulations which relates specifically to Fire Safety. There are now a variety of Fire Safety Certificate application types since the introduction of the Building Control Regulations 2009.

These application types have been created to cater for demonstration of compliance submission at various stages of the building process.
