Fire Safety Notices Resolution

 

Fire Safety Notices are issued under the Fire Services Act where the Fire Authority has determined that an existing property is unsafe for occupancy and in extreme situations may require closure of a property until necessary fire safety measures are carried out. Fire Safety Notices typically include conditions to complete the fire safety measures within a specified period of time.

 

ACCA Engineering Consultants have experience of succesfully negotiating with Fire Authorities and resolving identified fire safety issues to minimise costs to our clients. We strongly recommend that you contact us immediately upon receipt of any notice or warning letter from a Fire Authority as the sooner we are notified, the sooner we can inform you of the available options.
